Thank you for the email and sharing your perspwectives. While the hospital acquired infection policy may appear to be commonsense it wasn't being implemented. This is why the state took action.

Regarding prescriptions, I agree that we need to be vigilant on ensuring that there is no collusion between the maker of the prescription and the drug company. If there is any concern please let me know and I will pass that information along to the Attorney General. That is potentially a crime.
